One of the coolest parts about being a wedding photographer is watching my couples’ relationships grow and start a family. Photographing the maternity sessions for past couples is always such an honor. I’ve been privileged to photograph Lauren and Jason’s engagement photos, wedding photos, and maternity photos for each one of their beautiful little girls. One thing I’ve noticed over the years as a photographer is that people tend to schedule all of the photo sessions for the first child and then neglect to do them for the rest of the babies. While I completely understand that it’s a challenge to remember to get family maternity photos scheduled, I fully appreciate when time is actually made for them. So when Lauren and Jason contacted me about baby number 3 on the way, I was more than happy to spend the afternoon with them to commemorate her impending arrival. Third time’s the charm, right?
